In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your bak-rak and we cannot sort out your problems, then it can be returned to us within 14 days and we will give you your money back. Delivery is usually a next-day service [managed by TNT currently] . A signature is required for parcels - so if there is no-one home then a neighbour will need to sign for it. Give us the details when you order. Saturday morning or before 10am delivery can be arranged at extra cost. For deliveries to most of Europe we use DHL and charge the same as deliveries within the UK [though they take longer]. If you want to buy in Euros then buy on the web-site normally with a credit card and your credit card company will convert the final bill to Euros. VAT is chargeable at UK rates and is already included in our prices. This applies to Austria, Belgium, Channel Islands, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.
