THE BAGS Cubag - a tough working bag The first bag is the cubag © - a very heavy-duty bag with stiffened sides capable of carrying 600kg [over half a ton]. It is 600mm [2ft3in] cube in shape. They cost £17.99 each - buy 3 for £49.99 to keep one for the garden one for DIY work inside and one for clean short term storage. One of the great things about it is that it folds completely flat so allowing you to stick a couple of these in the boot to use wherever there is a load to be carried. They weigh next to nothing [around 4lbs] have four huge handles at the corners which can be hooked onto a forklift or can conveniently lift any load. They were originally developed for use in a steel works! Use them in the garden for rubbish - around the house for DIY - old wallpaper or rubble - it makes no difference. Once you have used a cubag anything else will seem a pain as it collapses around or under your work. And when you have emptied it - just pop it flat and put it out of the way again. Cubags are made of heavy duty polypropylene so will put up with a fair amount of dragging around. The material is similar [but heavier] to the well-known 'gravel-bags' - but so much more convenient.
